The staff are helpful and extremely friendly. The location is marvellous and it is close to restaurants, a dog friendly eateries and the main bridge on the river. You can relax at Casa Recuero, located nearby.

It's characterful base for sightseeing and exploring Aranjuez. The rooms are spotlessly clean with bath/shower and the staff are affable! There is a good choice of brilliant food for breakfast. The location is super and perfect, unable to find a dog friendly eateries locally.

I had a wonderful stay at a friendly place in Aranjuez. The inner courtyard was a great spot to relax and use the wifi. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. The morning breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Aranjuez.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. It was conveniently located near a beautiful square where we enjoyed amazing breakfasts at a nearby cafe. The hotel was also close to the main bridge on the river, making it easy to take leisurely walks and enjoy the scenery. There were plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, so we always had a variety of dining options. we loved being next to the castle, as it provided a picturesque backdrop for our stay.
That some of the rooms had a lingering smell of tobacco, which the staff informed us was an ongoing issue despite their efforts to remove it.
